We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.
We aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information including Product Descriptions appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.

5. Prices and Payment
Prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order unless you are a business customer with a company credit account with us. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. We always endeavour to ensure pricing is as accurate as possible however we may occasionally have mispriced items on our website. We will not be obliged to supply the items at the incorrect price, we will instead contact you to cancel the order and refund the amount to you or will discuss and arrange a new order at the correct price.

6. Delivery
We aim to deliver the goods within the estimated delivery times provided on our website. However, delivery times may vary. Delivery costs will be specified during the checkout process. The buyer will, accept the delivery of goods and sign an acceptance or delivery note of any shortages or damage. Any defects or damage which is not reasonably apparent on receipt shall be notified by the buyer to Livedale Foam and Sundries Ltd via email info@livedale.co.uk
7. Title and Risk
Title to the goods passes to the buyer upon full payment, and the risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery.
8. Cancellation and Returns
Consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods. You must notify us in writing of your intention to cancel. Please call 01942 825144 or email us on info@livedale.co.uk. Where goods have been received in poor or faulty condition and in instances where goods are not as described Livedale will arrange the uplift of goods at our expense and will re-ship replacements as promptly as possible.
Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Business customers should refer to our separate business terms for cancellation and returns.
9. Warranties and Liability
We warrant that the goods are of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose, and as described. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss. The buyer undertakes at all times to comply by any installation instructions and recommendations regarding use and installation, maintenance, cleaning of products.
All sizes, colours, finishes and descriptions and specifications published are as accurate as possible within normal manufacturing processes and tolerances. Livedale reserves thew right to alter or adjust specifications without prior notice to the buyer. Slight deviations or adjustments shall not entitle the buyer to claim compensation.
