How Foam Thickness Affects the Feel of RX39/120

Foam grade alone does not determine how a finished cushion will feel.

The thickness of the foam has a significant effect on perceived firmness.

RX39/120 is particularly useful because:

• In a thicker cushion, it can provide a comfortable medium feel with plenty of depth for compression.
• In a thinner cushion, the finished result will generally feel softer and more yielding.

This makes RX39/120 a versatile choice for upholsterers working with furniture of different cushion depths.

RX39/120 for Replacement Cushions

For an improved finished appearance, the foam can be wrapped with Polyester Wadding.

Polyester wadding can help:
