T Nut M8 x11mm. T-Nuts with internal M8 thread. Steel 4 prong T nuts are great when you need an anchor point in a timber frame & enables you to screw in wooden or metal legs. Simply insert the T-Nut into the appropriate size hole and tap in with a hammer and the 4 prongs will stop the T-Nut from turning when screwing in your leg/glide.
